Professional MCs, musicians, dancers, photography services available upon request.
No matter what package you select, every booking includes the following:
- Two virtual consultations
- Included $2 million liability insurance for peace of mind
- MC service at no extra charge
- No charge for setup/load-in/tear-down/load out. Hourly rate starts when your guests arrive, and stops when music shuts down
- A clean, no visible wires setup of all equipment to fit with your decor
- A %10 discount on the hourly rate for events booked more than 6 months ahead of time.
- Get the 8th hour of booking for free when booking 7+ hours for your event.
- A wireless battery backup powered loudspeaker, secondary music source, and backup mixing console in case of unforeseen technical issues.
- Audio hookup for any live performers and audio feed for videographers
- No hidden or surprise fees
- All prices are listed in CDN $, and are subject to %13 HST.
- Events further than 150 km from Toronto or Ottawa are subject to a $0.65 per km charge after the 150 km limit for travel expenses
- A %50 deposit is required to confirm bookings, this deposit is non-refundable except in certain extreme cases, contact us for more information.
- Refunds will not be issued due to venue restrictions including Covid 19 restrictions
- Events can be moved to another date at no additional charge
- Proof of Connect Licensing, CDJA Membership and/or $2 million Liability insurance is available upon request.
